Classes are currently on hold until further notice

This class runs on Wednesday evening at 8pm to 10pm. Please come 10-15 minutes earlier so that you are prepared. For new students, please wear comfortable and loose clothing. If you have a karate gi or dogi and hakama, feel free to wear that.

Additionally, make sure you BRING WATER!
