Because of a mix-up with scheduling, the class on Wednesday the 19th will be moved to Thursday evening at 8pm to 10pm. Please come 10-15 minutes earlier so that you are prepared. For new students, please wear comfortable and loose clothing. If you have a karate gi or dogi and hakama, feel free to wear that.
Additionally, make sure you BRING WATER!
